ABOUT US
We created Flow to bring together specialty coffee and plant based food under one roof. We choose our coffees from roasters who do not hide the fruity characters of the coffee. We use water of our own design, and state of the art devices to prepare the coffees in order to provide the most consistent and complex experience.
We prepare our dishes without meat or any other animal compound. We firmly beleive it is possible to have diverse, complete and nutritious meal this way. Our courses are healthy, fresh and we strive to use seasonal and quality ingredients and are inspired from numerous cuisines of the world.
COFFEE COURSES
Besides tasting great coffee, you can also learn about coffee at Flow. We have courses for all levels, including home enthusiast, to experienced baristas or roasters. We offer internationally accredited courses by the Specialty Coffee Association. Our courses inculde:
Barista skill (for those interested mainly in espresso based drinks)
Brewing skills (for those interested in filter coffees and the science behind coffee extraction)
Sensory skills (for those who want to tase coffee on a more conscious and professional level)
